Frisco Ranch HOA Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss issues related to Frisco Ranch HOA.

Board meeting notices can be found on the Home page as well as the Events page. Meeting minutes are posted in the homeowner area under Documents.

Committees

Architectural Review Committee

    This committee reviews all homeowner requests for improvements to their property, such as patio covers, pools, fences, and other changes that may have effect on the property values of other residents.

Newsletter Committee

    This committee compiles news and information for the community and publishes a newsletter for distribution to residents. Newsletters will be posted in the 'Documents' section of this web site, and may also be mailed.

    If you have ideas or potential submissions for the newsletter, please send an email to us.

Frisco West WCIDDC

Frisco West is empowered to purchase, operate and maintain all facilities, plants and improvements necessary to provide water, sanitary sewer service, storm sewer drainage, irrigation, roads, solid waste collection and disposal, including recycling, parks and recreational facilities for the residents of the District. The District is also empowered to contract for or employ its own peace officers with powers to make arrests and to establish, operate and maintain a fire department to perform all fire-fighting activities within the District.

Webmaster

What is a Webmaster?

A Webmaster is the administrator of a website.

Generally, a webmaster's responsibilities include:

  • Register and maintain the website's domain name and email addresses
  • Maintain uptime on the web, database, and SMTP farms
  • Design the website, or direct page designers and software developers
  • Monitor the size of the site to ensure allowed bandwidth and disk space is not exceeded
  • Plan future growth, requirements and limitations of the website

The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to the pool, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
