2023 HOA Annual Assessment Statement

The 2023 HOA Annual Assessment statement should have started hitting your mailboxes today. If you do not get your statement by the end of the week, you can either contact Brad or look at your account online. The assessments for 2023 will be $550.

The deadline to request a payment plan is January 5, 2022. If your request is after January 5, 2022, your request could possibly be denied.You can also set up monthly payments for 2024 assessments online via your TownSq account after you pay your 2023 assessments. There will be a monthly service fee added to each payment. You will need to make sure you pay the full amount of the 2023 assessments prior to setting up your 2024 payments. You will need to make sure to pay any difference if there is an increase in dues to avoid any late fees.The 2024 assessments will be announced in October at the Annual Budget Meeting.
